The results of the assessment are analysed, and then presented in a very accessible report from which your executive team can plan and implement those changes that are really impactful!
We are close to finalising an agreement with a UK based organisation that will enable us to offer international benchmarking of your organisation on over 100 factors. The benchmarking is currently available against over 2000 UK firms, and there are a further 1500 European and 2000 US firms being added. Following which, similar data from Australia and South Africa will follow.
The value of this partner is that they enable us to give you quick (5 working days) comparisons along selected criteria for a very modest fee.
Finally, we have access to a number of local tools and organisations that we would introduce to each project based on the specifics involved.
